Warranty

We offer product warranties to protect our customers against manufacturing defects and ensure satisfaction with every purchase.

4.1 Chairs 1-year warranty covering the chair mechanism only. Applies to defects arising from normal usage under standard working conditions.

4.2 Other Goods All other products come with a warranty window of five (5) working days from the date of delivery. Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any defects or damages within this 5-day period. After this period, no warranty claims will be accepted unless otherwise stated in writing.

4.3 Warranty Exclusions The following are not covered under our warranty:

  1. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  2. Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., scratches, fading, or cosmetic damage).
  3. Damage resulting from improper installation or failure to follow usage instructions.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and accompanied by:

  1. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt),
  2. Photographic evidence of the issue, and
  3. A description of the defect or malfunction.
